To preserve the integrity of the observation process, the Diagnostic does not include root cause analysis, improvement recommendations, process redesign, consulting implementation, performance evaluation of individuals, or compliance audits. These belong to subsequent consulting engagements where appropriate.

No. The Diagnostic is available for selected organisations, subject to a suitability review based on leadership commitment, business complexity, operational challenges, access to operations, strategic fit and readiness for an evidence-based observation process.

No. PK BizEx Solutionz is an independent consulting practice and does not issue ISO certifications. Our role is to help your organisation design, implement, improve and sustain effective management systems, and to prepare your organisation for certification, surveillance and recertification audits. If required, we can also support you in identifying a suitable accredited certification body, coordinating certification activities, preparing documentation and audit evidence, conducting pre-certification readiness assessments, and supporting your organisation throughout the certification process. The final certification decision is made solely by the independent certification body following its audit process.
